Minimum Requirements:

 

• At least 1 year experience in banking or card business
• Obtain bachelor degree of Finance and Banking or related
• Good in English Both communication and writing
• Able to work with computer literacy.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Complete the target of capturing new customer credit card and merchants and others will be assigned by direct Manager
• Check and prepare credit card application form to follow the bank’s standard of procedure
• Understand the customer behaviors and arrange the appointment to present the products/services
• Check and Respond to email, phone enquiry
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers by phone calls, emails, and visit
• Plan to meet the company that have account with our bank
• Apply all the new standard of procedure more effectively
• Build and maintain relationships with related department or branches for a good referral
• Promote the bank’s products to new and existing customers by making proactive sales efforts and capitalizing on cross selling opportunities in order to achieve the sales targets (TT outward and inward, Credit Card, Fixed Deposit, and POS merchant)
• Build and maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending training workshops
• Perform other tasks may assigned by direct Manager.
